Weekly Shopping Trip

This week I shopped at Copps, Target and Walmart for the extra stuff I needed that wasn't on sale anywhere. Because I was able to stock up so much pasta a few months ago I haven't needed to buy any until now (I actually still have several boxes left). Since I'm moving again soon I'm trying to eat up my food, but I couldn't turn down the deal at Copps this week on Buitoni pasta: Buy 2 pasta's and get the Pesto sauce free, after using three $1/1 coupons (and doubling them) it was only $1 for all three items! Some other amazing deals I got were the Electrasol 40 ct. dishwasher detergent on sale this week at Target for $3.49 and I used a $2.50/1 coupon from this past week's SmartSource insert to get them for just 99 cents/box! The cereal was also a great deal; it's on sale for $1.88 each at Target, and I used two $1/1 coupons and I found a Kelloggs Coupon booklet at Walmart with a "Buy 2 boxes of Mini-Wheats get $2 off of Ocean Spray Craisins" coupon making all three items only $1.66.

One of the boxes didn't survive the trip home (my son managed to get it from his car seat and rip it apart).
