There are some things that I will not pay more than 25 cents-50 cents for: most toiletry items (toothbrushes, shampoo, make-up, toothpaste, handsoap, etc.), gum, toilet paper (per roll), and cereal. Especially cereal. It goes on sale often enough and is very often included in store promotions (like save $5 off a purchase of $20 on participating products) which can be stacked with coupons.
